Step 2
Engagement - preconstruction services retainer, engage engineer & draftsman or architect, permit consultant, and site engineers if project requires. Apply for permits.
Step 3
While awaiting permits, selections and finish budget to be finalized.
Extent of design phase up to client - the typical package is mood boards, selections, and renderings, but can also include virtual walkthroughs of the new space.
